Terrie specializes in the beginning, the foundation of riding, the seat, but works with riders of any level. If you just have not ridden in a long while and wish to begin again, or if you have never been on a horse before, or if you want to improve your riding, maybe finally get those changes, she can help you. The basics, the foundation of good riding is all the same. Whether you wish to learn to ride to go out on trails, just have fun or you have dreams of competing and jumping 2m, the basics are all the same. It's called a 'seat' and having a correct one makes you more secure and your horse will be happier too.

Saddle Fit Checks
It's always a good idea to have your saddle checked for correct fit for the horse's, and your benefit.
An ill fitted saddle cause at best discomfort to the horse, and possibly to you as well, and at worst lots of pain. A painful horse is not much fun to ride, and if the saddle doesn't fit you, it won't help your riding either and also may be painful.
I am an Equine Ergonomist, and am able to perform saddle fit checks to horse and rider, both static and dynamically while being ridden.
Note: I am not certified, however, I have performed this function for over 10 years while conducting fitting clinics with Jochen Schleese, who taught me himself. I have also taken the Schleese Education Academy Equine Ergonomist course for saddle fitting.
I cannot perform adjustments to saddles, beyond head plate adjustments on saddles that do not require a press. (Use of an adjutment mechanism, or interchangeable head plates only.)
